• Candidates from the Setraf candidate database who are suitable for the position are invited for an interview.
• A preliminary interview is conducted with the invited candidates by the Human Resources Department. After the preliminary interview, a technical application and/or foreign language test is conducted, if necessary, and an examination by a workplace physician is provided.
• Reference checks are conducted for suitable candidates.
• The selection process is finalized by making a job offer to the candidates who are suitable according to the department manager's opinion.
• Candidates other than the selected candidate are stored in the database and will be contacted back.
